Menlo College, Atherton, CA- Assistant Coach
August 2020 - PRESENT

  • Under general supervision of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, evaluated and recruited qualified student-athletes, whose athletic talents allow Menlo College to be highly competitive and whose academic abilities make them excellent candidates for a meaningful academic experience.
  • Supported the head coach by providing leadership and integrity to the program directed by the head coach which includes, but is not limited to: creating, planning, organizing, motivating, communicating, and controlling aspects relative to recruiting, practices, and competitions.
  • Created graphics and other materials for the purpose of recruiting and marketing.
  • Provided the head coach with detailed scouting reports of upcoming opponents using fast scout software and Synergy.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of team building activities, booking hotel and flight reservations, departmental activities, and events.

Team Esface AAU, Redwood City, CA- Head Coach
October 2020 - present

  • Worked with high level high school talent in Silicon Valley to improve individual fundamental skills.
  • Head coach for various grade levels during the pandemic with the emphasis on offensive improvement.
  • Stressed the importance of team concepts to prepare them for their upcoming seasons.

  • Worked under Eric Musselman with team members 1 on 1 to improve skills including Connor Vanover, Jalen Harris, and SEC player of the year Mason Jones.
  • Created graphics on Photoshop that helped land a top ten recruiting class for the year 2020.
  • Assisted coaches in compiling scouting reports before each game scouting cut up film on Synergy for personnel and put together Fast Scouts before games.
  • Worked closely with coaching staff on practice/game preparation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Practiced with team during drills and scrimmages when needed.
